At Phe La Da Nang, the image of a coastal settlement is reinterpreted as a continuous spatial structure, with interconnected volumes organized along a circulation axis, much like the way coastal communities move through successive layers of houses along the shoreline.
In this approach, the essence of the sea is not expressed through direct representation, but is instead translated into vectors of flow, drift, and geometric variation throughout the space.
